Pre Visit Information
WOO-HOO!!! Your Circus Challenge visit is coming up soon!
Most of the important info will be found on your booking confirmation however here are a quick few details for you in preparation for the day. Please check your booking for the start time (usually either 10am or 1pm / 1:30pm), and your selected program duration and details.

QUICK DETAILS...
IDEAL EVENT SPACE:
If possible please allocate an indoor space. Outdoors has too many complications, with the wind (even a light breeze), causing all sorts of issues for your students when using circus gear. If outdoors is the only option then please try to allocate a wind-protected space.
We are fairly flexible when it comes to space. However as a minimum; as long as there is enough room for each child to extend their arms out, rotate in a circle, and not touch anyone else, then that is sufficient space :-)
PROGRAM / GROUP SIZES / AGES ETC
All our programs follow a very similar structure; The visit begins with a fun little intro for all students together to show off a few tricks and give them an intro to Circus Skills. Then is straight into the hands-on circus workshops. As part of this session, students may be divided into smaller groups to rotate through a series of circus challenge skill stations. The programs cater to primary and high school ages.
BUMP-IN / ARRIVAL TIME
Your presenter will arrive approximately 15-20mins prior to the start time. Please ensure that someone is available to show them to the space to set up etc.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PHONE HANDY
Please ensure that someone is available to answer the phone number that you have provided. Just in case they have difficulties locating your program or gaining access.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECKS
Your presenter will have their WWCC for you at sign-in on the event morning.
COVID-19 COMPLIANCE
We stay up to date with the current covid-19 health requirements. Any required information can be provided by the presenter during sign-in.
